Chabod Cleaning Services LLC ("Chabod," "we," "us") is a family-owned cleaning company in San Antonio, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect on chabodcleaningservices.com and when you contact or book us, what we do with it, and what choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
What you give us.
- Your name, phone number, and email, when you fill in a form, call, text, or email us.
- Details about the job, like the address of the property, its size and condition, and your access instructions (for example a lockbox or door code you choose to give us).
- Billing records, like what we cleaned, the dates, and what was invoiced. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.
- The messages you send us by text, email, or phone.
What we create while we work. We take photos and video of our work, such as before-and-after photos and video walkthroughs. We use them to show the job was done, to check quality, and to record the condition of the property.
What our website tools collect. When the tools in section 4 are on, they collect technical information like your browser and device type, the pages you view, how you found us, which buttons you tap (call, text, menu, form), and your approximate location (city level). They are not told your name, phone number, or email.
If you email us about working with us, we use what you send to reply. This website has no job application form.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and give you a quote.
- To schedule and do the cleaning, and to contact you about it.
- To invoice you and keep our records.
- To check our work and to sort out a problem or a damage report, using our photos and records.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure our ads, using the tools in section 4.
- To follow the law, and to protect our business, our team, and our clients.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you click "Accept all," we let Meta receive information about your visit so we can measure our ads. Some privacy laws call that "sharing" or a "sale." If you click "Reject non-essential," or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, that does not happen.
4. Tools on this website
These are the outside tools that can run on this website, what each one is for, and how to say no. Your cookie choice controls them. See section 5.

Our Google reviews are copied to our site by our own server, so your browser does not contact Google to show them. If you tap "Read our reviews on Google," you go to Google's site and Google's rules apply there.
5. Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Other tools do the same job with browser storage. Some are needed to remember your choice. Others count visits or measure ads.
How your choice works.
- Before you choose: only Google Analytics runs, to count visits, with Google's ad features turned off. Clarity and the Meta Pixel stay off. (Cloudflare's visit counter, described in section 4, uses no cookies.)
- "Accept all": Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta Pixel can run.
- "Reject non-essential": none of them run, and we delete the analytics cookies we can reach on our own domain.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as "Reject non-essential." You do not need to click anything.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page: open Cookie preferences. Cookies that Meta, Microsoft, or Google put on their own domains can only be removed from your browser's settings.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for it, so our website does not change how it works when it sees one. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above. When you accept all, the tools in section 4 that run after you accept may collect information about your activity over time and across websites.
This is every cookie and browser-storage item we saw when we tested this website. Lifetimes are what we measured, and the companies can change them.

Our videos do not set any cookies. Nothing from YouTube is loaded until you tap play, and when we tested playing a video, YouTube set no cookies. If your browser blocks cookies, we save your choice in browser storage under the name chabod_cc instead.
6. Who we share it with
- Providers that help us run the business, like the ones in section 4, only so they can do that job.
- Our team members, only the ones assigned to your job, who get the details they need to do it, such as the address and the access you gave us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our team, or others.
- If the business is sold or merged, your information may go to the new owner.
We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us run our forms and messages, and only for that purpose.
7. Text messages
If you give us your phone number or text us, we may text you about your request, quotes, scheduling, and your service. If you also tick the optional box on our form, we may send occasional offers and updates. The full rules, including how to stop, are in our SMS Terms. We keep a record of when and how you agreed to texts.
Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you.
8. Your privacy choices
- Cookies and tracking tools: use "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Access, correct, or delete your information: email home@chabodcleaningservices.com. We will answer within 45 days. We may ask a question or two to make sure the request really comes from you. Some records we may need to keep, for example to follow the law or to handle a dispute, and we will tell you if so.
- Marketing: tell us you do not want offers and we will stop.
Depending on where you live, laws in Texas, California, and other states may give you rights to know what we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. You can use the choices above no matter where you live. We will not treat you worse for using them.
9. How long we keep it
We keep job photos and records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, generally at least 36 months.
We keep a record of when and how you agreed to texts. Other information stays with us only as long as we need it for the reasons in section 3. The tools in section 4 keep their data under their own settings.
10. Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, and we only share job details with the team members assigned to the job. No website or system is completely safe, so please do not send us anything you would not want to share.
11. Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date and version number at the top. If a change is big, we will make it easy to see.
