If the property is vacant and cleared out, we go all in — inside cabinets, inside the fridge, inside the pantry, all of it. If it's still occupied with belongings in place, we clean everything around your things, but won't go inside personal food storage or move your items — strictly a liability call. Clear the shelves first, and we'll gladly go inside.

What's actually included that isn't in a regular cleaning?

The level of scrubbing. Showers cleaned to a streak-free finish, baseboards throughout, corner-level dusting and cobweb removal, full oven degreasing, outside cabinet degreasing, moving the fridge and stove when needed, and grout work in every bathroom. None of that is part of a standard recurring visit.

How long does a deep clean take?

Usually four to six hours with a team of two to four people. We adjust crew size and hours depending on urgency and how much notice we get. Team size and time depend on the size and condition of the property.

Do I need to be home for it?

No. We just need a way in — a key left on-site or a temporary access code works fine.

Do you clean inside cabinets and the fridge?

If the property is vacant and cleared out, yes, fully, inside and out. If it's still occupied with belongings in place, we clean around your things but won't go inside personal food storage — purely a liability precaution. Clear the shelves and we'll go inside.
