SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain how Chabod Cleaning Services LLC ("Chabod," "we," "us"), San Antonio, Texas, uses text messages. They go with our Privacy Policy and Service Terms.

1. What this text program is

When you give us your mobile number or text us, we may text you about your cleaning request and service. You may also choose to get occasional offers and updates from us. Texts come from Chabod Cleaning Services.

2. How you agree to texts

• Service texts. When you send us a request form with your phone number, you agree that we may text and call you at that number about your request: quotes, scheduling, and your service. The form shows this wording right under the button. You can also start a text conversation by texting us at (210) 480-6224, and we will reply to you.
• Offers and updates (optional). We send these only if you tick the separate, unchecked box on the form that asks for them, or if you tell us you want them. By ticking the box you agree to receive automated marketing texts at that number. You can say no, and still get service texts.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

3. What we text you

• Replies to your questions and requests, and your quote.
• Scheduling, reminders, and service updates.
• If you opted in: occasional offers and updates from Chabod.

4. How often, and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your plan with your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We send offers and updates only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time.

5. STOP and HELP

• To stop: reply STOP to any text from us. We will stop texting you. You may get one last message that confirms it.
• For help: reply HELP, or contact us at home@chabodcleaningservices.com or (210) 480-6224.

If you stop texts, you can start them again any time by texting us.

6. Your information

We use your phone number and what you tell us as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of when and how you agreed to texts.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us run our forms and messages, and only for that purpose.

7. Other terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date and version number. Texas law applies. See the "Disputes" section of our Service Terms.
