Do I need to have had a cleaning service before?

Not at all. Most of our residential clients are hiring a cleaning service for the first time. We'll walk you through exactly how it works before the first visit.

What happens on the first visit?

We bring your whole home up to our standard in one full visit — every room, top to bottom. It costs and takes a bit more than a regular visit since it's a full reset, not a touch-up. Every visit after that is maintaining the standard we just set.

How often do people book?

Most of our clients — about 60% — go biweekly. Another 30% go monthly, and about 10% go weekly. We'll help you figure out what fits your home and budget.

Will I get the same cleaners every time?

Usually. You get a dedicated team assigned to your home, plus a trained backup team who also knows your house in case your regulars are ever unavailable.

Do you do laundry?

We don't handle personal laundry. We do make beds hotel-style with fresh linens if you leave them out for us.

How long does a visit take?

Most visits run 1.5–3 hours with a team of 2–3 people, rather than one person there all day. Team size and time depend on the size and condition of the property.

Is there a contract?

No. No contracts, no lock-in fees. You can adjust or stop anytime.

How does billing work?

Your first visit is paid when it's finished. After that, recurring clients are invoiced at the start of each month, prepaid for that month's scheduled visits. You can pause or stop anytime with 24 hours' notice before your next visit, and prepaid visits you haven't used are credited or refunded. Still no contract.
